Alban de Noirmont, who brings more than 10 years’ experience in M&A and strategy in the media industry, will play a key role in the expansion of Asacha Media Group all over Europe and Middle East.
Alban de Noirmont takes the newly created position with immediate effect and will report directly to Asacha’s Co-CEO’s Gaspard de Chavagnac and Marina Williams
Effective immediately, Noirmont will coordinate all M&A activities for AMG as part of its ambitious expansion and acquisition plan all over Europe and Middle east. He will also support AMG CEO’s in all business development and strategic planning matters.
Noirmont joins AMG from Canal+ Group where, as Strategy and M&A Director, he worked both on French and international activities (Europe, Africa, Asia), covering the different activities of Canal+ Group such as content production and distribution, pay tv and free tv.
Before joining Canal+, Alban spent more than 5 years at Kearney, a worldwide strategy consulting firm with a focus on Media and Private Equity.
As Head of M&A and strategy at AMG, Noirmont will report directly to Co-CEO’s Gaspard de Chavagnac and Marina Williams, working out of the company’s headquarters in Paris.
