Gaspard de Chavagnac has led the growth of numerous major media companies, including as CEO of Zodiak Media Group France (2014-2017), and Managing Director of Fremantle France (2004-2007). He was formerly President of Disney-owned Fox Kids France (2002-2004) and before that, spent several years at Canal+ group, where his roles included Managing Director of Canal+ Poland and Deputy Managing Director of CanalSat. De Chavagnac is also the founder of French broadcaster, Télévista, which launched in 2007. In 2017, he founded Mintee Studio, where he continues in his role as President, alongside his position as Co-CEO of Asacha Media Group.

Prior to co-founding Asacha Media Group, Marina Williams was COO of International Operations at Endemol Shine Group (2015-2019), overseeing the company’s growth across Central and Eastern Europe, India, the Middle East and Africa. Before the merger with Shine Group, Williams led Endemol’s operations in Central and Eastern Europe as regional CEO, while also overseeing the MENA region (2008-2013). She was previously Executive Vice President and a member of the Management Board of Central European Media Enterprises (CME). Before joining CME, Williams played leading roles in launching and overseeing businesses in Central and Eastern Europe for Fox International Channels, Fox Kids and Turner International Channels.
Marc-Antoine d’Halluin holds a non-executive role as Vice Chairman of Asacha Media Group’s Supervisory Board. D’Halluin was CEO of MBC Group in the Middle East, and led numerous major media organisations around the world. These include European pay-TV operator, M7 Group where, as Chairman (2016-2019), he oversaw the company’s sale to Vivendi’s Canal+ Group. Before that, he was CEO of global content producer, Zodiak Media Group (2013-2016) having previously led Showtime Arabia and Orbit Showtime Network (OSN) as President and CEO (2006-2010). His earlier roles include CEO of Canal+ Nordic (2003-2005), where he was instrumental in the company’s sale to multinational media group, SBS.
