The format produced with the precious collaboration of the Quirinale that tells the stories of citizens awarded by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella with the Order of Merit of the Republic of Italy, as representative of the highest expression of the values that define the Nation, its civil commitment and a strong sense of community. Extraordinary stories of common heroes told through the testimonies of the protagonist and of friends, family, colleagues, and from images, private films and news repertoire, because their stories intertwine very often with crucial moments in our recent history.
